Terms and Conditions
- *1 Standard Group Concessions require a minimum of 5 rooms for 3 nights.
- Complimentary Rooms: January to April: 1 free room for every 10 paid rooms. May to July: 1 free room for every 9 paid rooms. August to December: 1 free room for every 8 paid rooms.
- Maximum of 5 complimentary rooms per group.
- Spa Services: Available for treatments with a minimum duration of 50 minutes.
- One upgrade to the next available category is allowed for every 15 rooms paid, with a maximum of 5 upgrades.
- Nick Treats package is valid for social groups but does not apply to wedding or corporate groups.
- Applicable to the USA.
- For the group dinner experience, the hotel will assign a restaurant and seating time.
- The pizza-making class accommodates a maximum of 20 guests.
- Depending on the size of the group, the hotel will work with the client to divide participants into smaller groups, and different days may be necessary to facilitate the experience.
- Welcome amenities are chef's choice.
- 2 complimentary one-hour massage is applicable for a 50-minute relaxing massage at Naay Spa and/or Vassa Spa
- Private slime date and time will be assigned by the group coordinator.
- 5 guests per private slime.
- Group programs are available for both contracted and FIT groups.
- Please note that blackout dates for free room offers may apply.
- The program is subject to change or may be withdrawn at any time without prior written notice.
- Private group check-in applies for groups over 20 rooms arriving simultaneously.
- Member benefits are applicable for up to 4 presidential (jewel) rooms. Group benefits start at 5+ non presidential (Non jewel) rooms, and do not include member benefits.
