*2 In Mexico: legal ceremonies are performed in Spanish by a judge and include a Spanish certificate. Translations are available at an additional cost. Blood tests are mandatory. Symbolic ceremonies are performed by a non-denominational minister and include a souvenir certificate in English. A donation of USD 129 to the non-denomination minister is required when qualifying for complimentary Always and Forever.
