What is the best way to dress for a visit to Aqua Nick?
Aqua Nick is a water park, so be prepared to get a little wet! We recommend wearing water shoes or flip flops, swimsuit or comfortable clothes. Make sure you also bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and maybe even a hat.

The best spots for character sightings and meet-and-greets are in Character Spot.
What type of personal items are not permitted inside Aqua Nick?
It is strictly forbidden to bring chemical products, flammable items, drugs or other illicit substances, alcohol, or anything that endangers the health and safety of other users into the water park. Selfie-sticks, drones, coolers, and food and drinks from outside the park are also prohibited.
Can I smoke at Aqua Nick?
Aqua Nick is a smoke-free space. Smoking is NOT allowed in any area of the water park.

All of our lifeguards have been certified by a vetted U.S. company.

Karisma Hotels & Resorts actively promotes conscious tourism at all of its destinations. To do so, Karisma has created an integral program called Passion for Sustainability, which is applied from the corporate offices all the way down to each department at the group’s hotels. This program oversees that Karisma’s operations are in line with Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria, local and national regulations, and the certification agencies with whom it currently works. Karisma Hotels & Resorts have developed a sustainable management system, which groups different aspects of different issues such as waste management, water, energy, flora, fauna, guest information, etc. This system provides guidelines to implement measurements and actions that are an integral part of the Passion for Sustainability Program, helping to achieve certification goals.

Every attraction has its own height requirement. We do have slides at Soak Summit, Bikini Bottom Beach, and Paw Patrol Adventure Bay with slides for little ones.

You can’t bring your own food and drinks into the water park, but we have plenty of delicious options available on-site.

Yes, we provide rules and restrictions at every attraction.
I am pregnant. Are there any attractions that I will not be able to experience?
For safety reasons, pregnant women and people with back injuries or neck and heart problems should refrain from using the water park attractions.
