Of course the big shout outs gp to wonderful Crystal Lynn and Carlos Herrera Clau Osuna and the team of butlers esp Hector who has been so wonderful.

We were completely impressed from the moment we walked in the door to our suite, with the letter and bubbly there for us. Usually during a holiday things start out great because of the attention to first impressions; and then things slowly digress from there.

This is why I love being a member of Prestige Travelers. We came with my 84 year old mother in law, who is traveling without her husband for the first time. Not only have our butlers, Martin & Ricardo, worked hard to make her feel special, but tonight’s member dinner was a hugely memorable event for her. She was the only ‘’single’’ on the catamaran, so the mariachi made her feel so special.
